If its too slow and ur using a downloading application, allow 20 mirrors instead of the default 5 and it should go at like 145 kb/s instead of like 25.

it finsihed downloading but every time i start it it just goes ito a black screen and i gotta restart to get out of it. and my video card is intel extreme graphics 2 96 mb of memory , so it cant be that either...
Anyone else have the same problem? Or know how to fix it?

lionelllllllllllllo: current gen is more or less the same as 07, that should not come as a surprise. It's only the next gen versions that are worth looking at. PC and PS2-players should stick with PES.

Fifa 08 is almost literally the same game as Fifa 07 for the PC. Lineup changes ect.

i played fifa 2008 demo pc,i played against all teams with manchester united. i think in terms of gameplay it has definately improved...i mean the is more free now. it is very mobile. there are a few things which arent all that impressive but i think i can overlook them...the main things are pretty good...and for everyone saying its the same i completely disagree...the gam play has definately changed..now the ball doesnt stick to your feet as if i were pasted on it and is more loose hence more realistic...defending is easier but still you have to be careful...attacking is pretty difficult COMPARED to 07....but still i think if you want you can make it a fast game it upto how you play. the only thing major that i feel does impress me as of now in the demo is the crossing ( maybe coz i havent got a hang of it yet)

i agree with PILI...the one thing i avent figured out is the tricks but i dont think i ever will as i never used them in any of the previous games as i am on PC:(

People use Free Download manager its SO MUCH FASTER and it works even after ure internet stops or sth. I love the new gameplay. They finally talk about the goalkeepers. And the GKS now can make wonderful saves...The goalkeeper control is cool too but can anyone tell me how can the gk dive (to save a ball)?? Im sure this will be a hit the passing is so fluent now!

arsenalfan- i definately agree with you regarding the goal keepers...but i would like to see them fumble like once a match or something to make it more realistic but anywyas there is a great imprvement.

I'm afraid their sources aren't reliable. No one at EA Sports can come with an exact date yet, so I wouldn't trust that.

They even updated the news, because it turned out it isn't true. ;)
